Bring bees to work

Bringing bees to your building requires minimal resources while creating a flood of benefits. After all, there must be a good reason why more than 90% of our clients renew their services with us year after year!

Experiences inspired by the bees’ team spirit

Urban beekeeping generates attraction and retention for both employees and tenants. By repurposing unused spaces, the project highlights a variety of issues related to the environment, all while producing local honey that you can share with your community and partners.
At the beginning of the season, we’ll bring our most docile breed of honey bees to your building. We’ll then visit your hives regularly to make sure your bees are happy and healthy.

All of our packages include two workshops that happen either inside your building or at the hive, engaging people directly with your bees to truly maximize their experience. At the end of the season, you’ll get 100 jars of your unique honey harvest in custom jars.

Bees are safe for organizations and schools alike

Since 2013, we’ve initiated beekeeping projects in over 500 organizations and 150 schools across North America, reaching over 50,000 people.
Don’t worry about stings - honey bees are not interested in humans. Their daily quest is to bring pollen and nectar to their colony. Bees have no motivation to sting - if they do, they lose their stinger as well as part of their abdomen, and die.

Plus, our professional beekeeping team is trained in working at heights and in beekeeping safety. We’re also covered with full commercial general liability insurance.

Some of our partners

Our collaboration with Alvéole allows us to support biodiversity, but most importantly to educate our employees about the importance of pollination by allowing them to participate in workshops at our hives.

Buildings are great for bees - let’s find them the perfect spot

Whether on a rooftop, balcony, terrace, communal space or internal courtyard - or simply at ground-level - we’ll assess your location to make sure the bees have safe clearance from ledges, human traffic or rooftop equipment. A well-planned project brings only benefits to your building.
