Cam Lay is an entomologist and expert in pesticide regulation. With a strong background in managing pest control programs, he holds a B.S. in Entomology and an M.S. in Biology. Cam has held leadership roles including Director of the Maine Board of Pesticides Control and various positions at the Montana Department of Agriculture and Clemson University.
