The Alvéole hive has been fostering innovation since 2013.
It all started with a group of three childhood friends who wanted to flip the conventional beekeeping model. Instead of one person caring for 1,000 honey bee hives, why not bring 1,000 people together around one hive?
Today, we’ve swarmed to more than 40 cities worldwide. By installing nature-based amenities in cities across the world and fostering environmental awareness, we encourage companies to take concrete action to protect all pollinators and build more bee-friendly cities.

We partner with environmental nonprofits located in cities where our bees are buzzing. This contribution supports greening initiatives like planting more wildflowers for all pollinators.
As a certified B Corp, we balance purpose and profit. We consider the impact of our decisions on our workers, customers, suppliers, communities, and the environment.
To remain a B Corp, we need to recertify every three years, improving on our preceding score. This process keeps us on our toes, ensuring that we continue to drive a high level of impact.
